Property details:

Detached stone and rubble walled house from around 1900. Had a brick extension in the 1960s and a blockwork extension in the 1980s.

What changes have been made?

As far as practical and affordable, I had internal batten insulation fitted. With the insulation, I also had an air source heat pump installed to replace the solid fuel Rayburn. The heat pump has a total capacity of 16kW.

Fairly rough single-track road to get to here (and Brooklands Studio). Plenty of parking.
