Property details: 17th century black & white listed building.

What changes have been made? I’ve replaced the oil-fired Rayburn which provided central heating as well as cooking with three wood-burning stoves, electric radiators and an electric cooker.

There are solar panels on my stable block & eco-cabin and a solar water heating system on the conservatory roof for my bathroom, kitchen & scullery. The wood-burner in the kitchen also heats this hot water tank.

The cottage is better insulated.
