Access/parking: Property is not wheelchair accessible as the front door is too narrow. Parking is plentiful down the road and it's only 200 metres away (see PDF). Driveway is a gravel slope but not steep. If necessary, people can have a lift in my EV Peugeot Ion if walking is difficult. If necessary, call 01588 680250 for information/help.

Property details:
1983 standard semi-detatched with outbuildings and double garage. Solid ground floors (oak flooring with 5mm insulation to lounge). Cavity wall insulation as built.
What changes have been made?
May 2000 – fitted solar thermal 3 square metres Thermomax evacuated tubes. This heats the domestic hot water.
November 2011 – fitted solar PV panels 3kWp
January 2014 – installed a 9kW Woodwarm Fireview wood stove with back boiler. Heats domestic hot water and 3 radiators.
February 2022 – installed a 9kW air source heat pump (ASHP).
