Property details:
Stone built in 1890s originally as a battery shed for the generator for Stokesay Court. Converted by a local architect in 1950s
What changes have been made?
5kW Solar PV array. Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery installation in progress. Minimum 75mm PIR in walls of all refurbished rooms, 100mm under kitchen and utility floors. Replaced metal single glazed Crittall windows/doors with double glazed Duration Aluminum Royale style. Removed 240kW of night storage heaters and added central heating (oil fired). Underfloor heating in kitchen. All plumbing now replaced, DHW secondary circuit added, with smart controls All Velux windows replaced and 3 additional added. External cedar cladding under replacement. Outside workshop converted to utility room. Aga Ludlow log burner fitted.
