Parking is tight so, if possible, please park in Appley Woods car park on Peregrine Way and walk down to Goldcrest Grove. The property has a downstairs toilet. The loft is accessed via a ladder whilst the solar inverter and battery are outdoors, accessible by a step free path from the back gate.
