Property details:

Solid stone wall barn built in the 1800s, converted in 2002. Slate roof.

What changes have been made?

I replaced the oil boiler with a 8.5kW air source heat pump that sits against a wall at the side of the house. A 4kW solar PV array has also been installed. I have a log burner in the lounge.
